Michael Quinn is the firm’s resident New Jersey shareholder and practices in the firm’s Construction and Industrial and Consumer Product Liability Practices. He has represented construction companies and utility companies nationwide in matters brought in the New Jersey State and Federal Courts.

Mr. Quinn supervises and manages product liability, personal injury and property damage litigation. He has tried cases in the New Jersey Superior Court and has argued before the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court. Mr. Quinn has extensive experience with private and court-ordered arbitrations and mediations.

He has lectured members of the bar and insurance professionals on several topics important to the defense of lawsuits in New Jersey.

Personal

Mr. Quinn devotes a substantial portion of his free time to the administration of several sports in Evesham Township, NJ. He has served as commissioner of the Marlton Track Club and has coached boys and girls sports. He has also provided free legal services to the local non-profit recreation council.
